Wayne Mathew Wilbur, 74, of Vestaburg, formerly of Eaton Rapids, died Friday, March 12, 2010 at his home with his wife by his side.
He was born Feb. 18, 1936 in Eaton Rapids the son of Charles R. and Carrie L. (Clark) Wilbur.
He became the owner and operator of Mid Michigan Packaging in Edmore, Michigan and later retired to his beautiful retreat in Vestaburg.

The Boston Celtics derailed the Dallas Mavericks' bid to move into second place in the Western Conference with a 102-93 victory yesterday.
Paul Pierce scored 29 points for the Atlantic Division leading Celtics, who won their fourth successive game, while Dirk Nowitzki led Dallas, the Southwest Division's top team, with 28 points.
Pierce had 17 points in the second half, when the Celtics shot a torrid 68.8 per cent.

A Mechanicsburg man has been charged with attempted burglary and other charges after Silver Spring Township police say he tried to rob a home in the township.
At 11:40 p.m. on March 20, police were called to a home on the 900 block of West Trindle Road for an active burglary, police said.
Once on the scene, police set up a perimeter of the area and found Brian K. Radabaugh, 44, several hundred years from the home, police said.
